About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Health and Wellness Nurse to join our team at Hawthorne Court. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their health and wellness needs are met.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough health assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents.
Manage medication administration and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless care delivery.
Supervise and support a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care standards are met.

Requirements
- Two years of experience in assisted living or a related field.
- A current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- Geriatric care knowledge, dementia care expertise, and state regulations comprehension.
