Schedule: Full time / Day shift Service Location: Walla, Walla, Washington Job description: The Registered Nurse provides care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other team members. He/she assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a nursing care plan, carries out nursing skills, teaches health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community. • Associate's Degree in Nursing degree/diploma from school of nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire.

• 1 year of experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility. Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
