Description Providence is offering a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment. The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. Responsible for the workflow of the unit under the direction of the unit management team. Determines unit priorities for assigned timeframe with regard to patient care, patient flow (bed control), staffing and distribution of resources. Shift Details : Part-time, 30 hours weekly, Night Shift Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
