  • Job Details
  • 13 week opening for experienced Emergency Room RN in busy trauma level 3 department.
  • Will work day/evening flex shift with one or two other nurses and a full-time ER physician.
  • New, clean, modern facility in rural north east Oregon.
  • Applicants should have three or more years of ER experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Will be scheduled to work 3 - 12 hour shifts per week including every other weekend.
  • Assesses, prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing care provided.
  • Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan, acts as the patient advocate, and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to him/her.
  • Responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.
