Come join a growing team of 2 fulltime physicians and 2 fulltime nurse practitioners as well as wonderful team of LCSW s and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon Details For this Opportunity: -Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic -Four 10-hour days per week -Average 12-16 patients per day - 1:1 Clinical Support Staff -Team shared phone call for established patients only -Fulltime, permanent -EPIC EMR -Very competitive total compensation opportunity (325k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually -Commencement bonus of $30,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan assistance -Hospital employed Comprehensive benefits including a 401k match and Paid malpractice -Pacific Northwest community nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains surrounded by Eagle Caps, Wallowa and Elkhorn mountain ranges nearby - Above average school system -Many outdoor activities including biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, bird watching
