Job Description:

About the POSITION:PMHNP needed for the Psych Team in La Grande, ORWill provide a broad range of services including assessment, education, brief intervention, and longer-term therapy.

Outpatient.
The schedule is 4-10 s; four-day work week
Would estimate 13-17 patients per day
Share in clinic call with a sizeable group of providersWill work with 2 MD's, 1 PMHNP, and several LCSW's.
- Crisis intervention within the Clinics
- Assessment and referral
- Patient Education
- Acute stress and symptom management
- Diagnosis, treatment, and management of Mental Health Conditions
- Psychiatric consultations and care coordinationAbout the COMP & BENEFITS:Salaried Position
  - Base plus quality incentives annually. Plus production incentive if achieved (wRVU s over threshold of 4,100).
  - Student loan assistance
  - The position is eligible for a commencement bonus
