TLM ONE, a leader in service station construction and convenience store remodeling, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead a team of 1-5 laborers. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation and maintenance of gasoline storage systems, piping, and dispensers.
Lead and manage basic convenience store (C-Store) remodeling projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols while maintaining high standards of work.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring laborers perform at their best.

Key Qualifications:

ICC Certified with proven experience in gasoline storage, piping, and dispenser installation.
Strong background in C-Store remodeling.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage small teams.
Must be based in the Tri-Cities area and open to travel.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
